Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our return policy varies by product category.

Trading Cards — All Sales Final
All trading card purchases (singles, sealed product, and graded slabs) are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on trading cards. Every card is photographed and its condition is described accurately in the listing. If you believe there is a significant discrepancy between the listing description and the item you received, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will work with you to resolve it.

Retro Games & Consoles — 14-Day Returns
Used games, used consoles, and new/sealed games that remain unopened may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in the same condition as received. New games or sealed items that have been opened are not eligible for return.

To start a return, email returns@retromartgames.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address. Buyer pays return shipping unless the item was damaged in transit or we made an error.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
