What formats can I submit my list in?

We accept CSV exports from Collectr, PriceCharting, and TCGPlayer. You can also paste a plain text list or add items manually through the form. Photos are always welcome and required for submissions over $500.

How does the +15% store credit bonus work?

If your cash offer is $100, choosing store credit instead gives you $115 to spend in our store. The bonus applies to your entire payout, not individual items.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

No. Once you accept an offer, we email you a prepaid, insured shipping label. Pack your items securely and drop the box at any USPS location.

What happens if I disagree with the offer?

No obligation. If you decline, nothing happens. Your items stay with you. We can also discuss specific items if you think something was undervalued.

What is the difference between trade-in and consignment?

Trade-in gives you a guaranteed payout upfront. Consignment means we list and sell your items at market price, and you get a larger percentage once they sell. Consignment works best for high-value individual items ($200+).

Can I drop items off in person?

Local pickups and drop-offs are by appointment only and require pre-approval. We do not offer public walk-in scheduling. The mail-in process is faster and safer for both parties.
